CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If, as a Visitor, you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, either prior to or after arriving at the Professional Workspace, please refer to theworkvilla cancellation policy which states that a visitor may cancel up to twenty four (24) hours prior to the reservation time at the Professional Workspace for a full refund; provided that anything cancelled less than twenty four (24) hours prior to the reservation shall not be refunded. If Theworkvilla cancels a confirmed booking, (i) Theworkvilla will refund the total fees for such booking to the applicable Visitor within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation which is anticipated to be 15 business days and (ii) the Visitor will receive an email or other communication from theworkvilla.

In certain circumstances, theworkvilla may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary or desirable to cancel a confirmed booking made via theworkvilla. Theworkvilla may also determine, in its sole discretion, to refund to the Visitor part or all of the amounts charged to the Visitor. You agree that theworkvilla and the relevant Visitor will not have any liability for such cancellations or refunds

REFUND

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned. A Refund is not allowed if you've used any credit from the subscription plan. To be eligible for a refund, you should specify the reason of refund. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received, you request will be verified. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@theworkvilla.com
